Realizing Love Serve Feed Remember

About a year and a half ago, I was reading "Miracle of Love" and reflecting upon my life and job.

I work at an Organic/Natural grocery store. I had been feeling for some time that I wanted to make a difference in the lives of the poor and needy and longed to work for a non-profit organization feeding the hungry.

I was praying for guidance and asking God to open a door of opportunity for me to do just that.

All the while I was thinking of Maharaji and the book when it hit me,  "Love Everyone, Serve Everyone, Feed People, Remember God."

"But Lord," I said, "that is what I am talking about in a nonprofit."

The feeling and the voice came to me again, "Love Everyone, Serve Everyone, Feed People, Remember God."

"Exactly," I said,  "in a nonprofit."

That was when I realized that what I was currently doing was just that. Though it was not a nonprofit and most of the customers were not poor and needy, still I was serving people and feeding people. Now all I had to do was  to love them and remember God.

I still work at that grocery store. Sri Sri Sri Neem Karoli Baba!!!
