Weekly Events

Sri Neem Karoli Baba Mandir is open regularly two evenings a week.

→ On Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. - Hanuman Chalisa and aarti (admission at 7 pm)
→ On Fridays at 7:30 p.m. - kirtan and aarti (admission at 7 pm)

Doors open at 7 pm. A contribution of 7 Euro per evening is requested. All contributions go towards the upkeep of the ashram. It's always possible to join the aarti only, then please consider giving a small donation. If you intend to visit from farther away and must arrive at other times, please contact the ashram office.

Ashram History

Sri Neem Karoli Baba Mandir is situated in the City of Neu-Ulm in southern Germany, just two miles away from Ashram Brindavon in Ulm.

For many years Maharajji’s satsang in Germany had been looking for a second and larger building to complement Ashram Brindavon that would offer more space to accommodate the growing number of visitors and devotees.

Finally, in spring 2019 Maharajji fulfilled our wish and with the donations of many devotees – also from India and the US – we were able to purchase and renovate this beautiful place under Sri Durgamayi Ma’s loving guidance. In honor of her beloved Guru, Mataji named this new ashram Sri Neem Karoli Baba Mandir.

It offers a lot of space, even a garden and a large kirtan hall, all on the ground floor. Entering the kirtan hall visitors see a wonderful puja that stretches from one end of the room to the other - honoring all the different forms and incarnations of the Divine with a murti of Lord Hanumanji and Maharajji’s picture at its center.

On October 15th 2021, after more than two years of renovation, the moment had come when Mataji entered the new ashram with the murti of Lord Hanumanji in her arms and thus bringing it to life. This particular murti Vishnu Digambar had brought from India in 1974 and it has been the heart of the ashram since its beginning.

With a grand aarti to Lord Hanuman, we inaugurated Sri Neem Karoli Baba Mandir and everyone received Maharajji’s blessings through the aarti light.

In 2023, as a gift from Maharajji's devotees in India and UK, Rabboo Joshi ji sent a large, marvelous murti of Lord Hanuman ji, which was initiated by Ma in his new abode at the center of the kirtan hall during Nirvan Divas celebrations in 2023.

To Ma and all of Baba’s children here in Germany this radiating murti is a great joy and delight. The original (much smaller) murti of Hanuman from 1974 now has His abode in the Baba Kutir, right next to Maharajji’s Takhat - as you can see in the pictures below.
