I bow to you, revered Guru. By your grace though One Infinite Reality that pervades the cosmos is revealed.
I bow to you, revered Guru. With the collyrium stick of knowledge you open the eyes of those blinded by the darkness of ignorance.
I bow to you, revered Guru. You are Brahma, the creator; Vishnu, the preserver; and Maheshwara, the destroyer; you are directly the limitless Brahman.
I bow to you, revered Guru. You have made it possible to realize the One by whom all this world, animate and inanimate, movable and immovable, is pervaded.
I bow to you, revered Guru. You bring to light the Self-effulgent Divinity that pervades all the three worlds with all their moving and nonmoving beings.
I bow to you, revered Guru. Your light is the sun to the Lotus of Vedanta in that it causes spiritual truths to bloom. Your lotus-like feet are adorned by the crest jewels of the Vedas.
I bow to you, revered Guru. You are Pure Consciousness, eternal, peaceful, pure, stainless, beyond sound, space, and time; you are beyond the manifest and unmanifest.
I bow to you, revered Guru. You are established in the power of knowledge; you are adorned with the garland of truth; and you grant both worldly enjoyment and spiritual liberation.

Son of the wind, you are strong as your father and a storehouse of intelligence, discretion, and spiritual wisdom. What undertaking in this world is too difficult for you to accomplish all revered one.
